Many people question the existence of God due to the fact that we have no proof of his/her existence. It is this lack of faith that can drive a person’s conscience or moral compass off course.
Medjugorje is a town located in western Herzegovina located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The small town has roughly over four thousand people. Whenever people here the word Medjugorje, most would automatically think of three words, Blessed Virgin Mary. It is this town that has touched the hearts of many and will continue to do so in the future.
The world changed on June 24, 1981. Six people from this small village started receiving messages from the Virgin Mary. Their names are Ivan, Jakov, Marija, Mirjana, Vicka, and Ivanka. Messages are to be given to each of the six people monthly until each of them got a total of “10 secrets”. These ten secrets are happenings that will occur on the earth in the near future. Each person speaks with Mary at different times during the year until all of them receive their ten secrets. You can read her messages to us by clicking here. Now I know some of you are probably thinking in your minds, what a hoax, right? Read the next paragraph.
The world’s best scientists investigated the visionaries and they have no reasonable explanation to believe that this is a hoax. Click here for more information on full reports made by scientists. So science cannot explain it, what other reasons do you have to not believe? Oh, probably because you have no idea whether or not the apparitions are those of the Mother Virgin Mary herself, right?
Well, I told you about Mary’s apparitions in Medjugorje, but I did not explain about the Virgin Mary’s appearances in Fatima. That’s right, a different location and time period of Mary’s communication with us. Our Lady of Fatima, according to Wikipedia.org, is “the title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary by those who believe she appeared to three shepherd children at Fatima, Portugal on the 13th day of six consecutive months in 1917, starting on May 13, the Fatima holiday”. Unlike the ten secrets given by her in Medjugorje, Mary gave three secrets out to the three children. You can check out these secrets in full by visiting sites like Wikipedia, goodnewspirit.com, and Maryisgod.org. The reason why I listed three sites was to show that that this is not simply an overnight hoax or even a hoax at all. If you type in “The three secrets of Fatima” in Google, you will have probably over 600,000 search results. I recommend that you do visit all the links that I give to you on this page, but I will present a short summary of what the three secrets were: 1) Vision of Hell 2) A statement that World War I would end and the forecoming of World War II should God be offended and if Russia does not convert 3) The third secret is a little more complex, but it pretty much seems to state that there will be an assassination plot of the Pope and the death of a number of Christian martyrs, ostensibly on Vatican grounds. If you can put it all together, all the following three events did occur.
What I wrote in this post is just a taste of what really happened or what will potentially happen in the future. If you are interested in reading more about this topic, I suggest you visit the following links below and maybe do some research on your own.
